REX FOODS works closely with small producers. This means our inventory is limited.
As foodstuffs can deteriorate quickly, the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
Quality is very important to us and we make every effort to offer you the best products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any of our products, please let us know as soon as possible. To do this, you can send us an email at info@rexfoods.be.
You can opt for delivery to a pick-up point or to a parcel distributor or home. Orders are delivered throughout Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Germany and other EU countries. The delivery address does not have to be your home address.
So you can, for example, have your order delivered to work. If the order contains fresh food, it is important that you can place it in the refrigerator immediately after receiving it.
For an order of less than 150 euros, a preparation fee of 5 euros is charged. You do not pay preparation fees on orders over 150 euros.
Orders validated before noon can be delivered the next day. We do not deliver on Sunday, Monday and the day after public holidays. Orders validated in the afternoon can be delivered at the earliest two days later.
Most of the time, deliveries in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are made by BPOST which uses specially designed boxes for food and express transport abroad/ EU or other countries/ carried out by DHL EXPRESS.
Your order is carefully prepared and stored in insulated boxes/only for fresh food/ specially designed for foodstuffs . These contain cooling blocks that keep the crate cool for at least 32 hours. The temperature of these crates is continuously monitored by a sensor.
Since your order may contain fresh and therefore perishable food, the order will never be left with neighbours or anywhere else. If you are not present when your order is delivered, the driver takes your order and you are not refunded. It is therefore very important that you are present to receive the delivery.

The cancellation of an order is only possible if the order has not yet been prepared. Please call us on 0032/494981441 entered 08H00 and 17h00 Monday to Saturday to check the status of your order and if possible cancel it.
Since we work with exceptional products and prices can vary, it is only possible to pay by credit card. Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
