Tarama with caviar 90g

Caviar tarama is made from smoked cod roe that has been emulsified. It is known for its light and creamy texture and its beige-pink color. A high-quality tarama stands out by its roe content, which is why our recipe contains 40% roe, with no added coloring, and 10% caviar for an extra touch of luxury.

Traditional tarama is prepared using salted and smoked cod roe, which is then finely mashed and blended with oil to create that smooth and delicious texture. In this recipe, we’ve also added 10% caviar pearls to bring an extra briny note. Enjoy it on blinis or toasted bread, or pair it with crunchy vegetables for a refreshing appetizer.
